Where it all began...

So it’s finally happened, albeit slightly later than initially planned – better late than never I guess! So I’d like to say welcome, it seems you’ve stumbled across my little corner of the interweb.

I’m guessing whoever is reading this is likely to not know me, so here’s a brief introduction…

I’m Charlotte, a 24 year old beauty therapist based in Hertfordshire. Sadly beauty treatments alone aren’t enough to fulfil my beauty addiction, which is where this has all developed from. I decided to start blogging quite a while ago, but I was very naughty and inconsistent, so I decided I’d give it a proper second go.

I am to give you a real variety of posts which show both my personality and knowledge – I’m trying to include at least one blog post a month dedicated to either technical knowledge from the trade or a how to/tutorial based on my experience in the industry.

I don’t have an enormous collection, but I’ll warn you now it’s growing, and fast! I tend to veer towards highstreet and drugstore offerings when it comes to make-up, but as the stash builds I find myself more and more intrigued by what the higher ends can offer.
